BUKA PUASA WITH SOUTH-EAST ASIAN CLASSICS AT EQ’S NIPAH

Executive chef Hafizzul Hashim revealed his prowess at cooking up an amazing range that one would be hard-pressed to say ‘Can’t find what I like’. Executive chef Hafizzul Hashim said Citarasa Nipah highlights the many aspects of Malaysian cuisine as well as those around the region. “Our Citarasa Nipah menu consists of Cambodian, Thai, Indonesian, Peranakan and Laotian influences, which all go well with our staple dish — rice.”
